Amy Fager Amy is a Pennsylvania Licensed Personal Care Home Administrator and holds a bachelor’s degree in Communication from the University of Pittsburgh at Johnstown. An accomplished public speaker, Ms Fager brings ten years of experience in eldercare census-building and marketing to the Institute team.

Allison Lantieri Allison has held positions in Marketing and Communications for eldercare organizations since 1997. She holds a BA in Speech Communications, a BA in Theatre and a minor concentration in Public Relations from West Virginia Wesleyan College.

Teresa McCann Teresa has been a Registered Nurse for more than 20 years and began her career in acute care as a critical care and emergency room nurse. She has served as Director of Nursing and Regional Nurse in long term care and an administrator and Regional Director in Home Health Care.

Annette Sanders President of the Institute, Annette is a Registered Nurse with more than 20 years of experience in long term care and emergency and critical care nursing, during which time she held numerous clinical, supervisory and educator roles.

Rhea Schneiders Rhea is a practical nurse who brings twenty-one years of long term care experience to the Institute. She has held a wide range of positions, including Restorative Director, Administrator, Culture Change Consultant and Social Services Director.
