We currently have a full-time opening for an Associate Consultant and Educator in the state of Florida.

The Associate Consultant/Educator will assist the Institute for Caregiver Education's (IfCE's) long term care clients in implementing the best practices that will transform their community from a traditional medical model to a social model of care. Duties and responsibilities for this position include:

1. Assist in coordination, representation and new business development of all consulting / education contracts in the state of Florida and beyond to include national IfCE clients as needed.

2. Assess and evaluate the social model practices of each home with which IfCE has an educational services contract, and assist team members in designing and implementing a plan for continuing their community’s transition to a social model of care.

3. Maintain a current knowledge of the needs and challenges facing the long term care community and relevant knowledge of how Culture Change can address those challenges.

4. Assist in development of additional curricular programs designed to enhance the mission of the Institute and that also respond to professional needs, trends and opportunities.

5. Maintain current knowledge of organizational development theory and practice including but not limited to teamwork, leadership, environment and relationship development.

6. Represent the Institute and the organization’s mission at professional, government, and advisory group meetings.

7. Provide public speaking appearances at national and regional association conferences and assist with exhibit and trade show staffing as needed.

The individual that we are seeking will be a dynamic group leader, with proven skills in organizational change, public speaking and mission-based work. Qualified applicants must demonstrate a background in long term care, though they need not be a clinical professional. Attention to details and deadlines are a must, as is the ability to work independently in an environment that requires rigorous travel.

The position is salaried, full-time. Benefits package included. Salary is commensurate with level of Culture Change experience.
