We are looking for a highly motivated individual to fill the role of Regional Director of Education and Change Management. This is a full-time position that entails extensive travel championing culture change in long term care homes throughout the state of Florida.  Networking, developing training programs and coordinating educational offerings are some of the opportunities you will have to make a difference in the quality of life for elders. 

The ideal candidate will have a nursing degree with at least 5 years of long term care experience, training practice and knowledge of culture change. The position requires good organizational abilities, excellent written and verbal communication skills, computer experience including the use of Internet, E-mail and word processing and the ability to work with a wide range of personalities across all levels.
