2003 Pennsylvania Culture Change Conference:
Lighting the Path to Quality Care

August 20 & 21, 2003

Harrisburg Hilton & Towers
One North Second Street
Harrisburg, PA 17101

The conference will feature best practice providers and advocates from across the Long Term Care spectrum who have begun or are involved in culture change in Pennsylvania.  Culture change is not a foreign concept in Pennsylvania. Innovative people are implementing aspects of culture change on many levels despite misconceptions about regulations and surveyors.  This is a concept that is supported by direct care workers, unions, providers, and advocates for the interests of Pennsylvania's elder population.  Auditor General Robert P. Casey, Jr. will welcome conference participants.
